Jeans Day Charity: SCO Family of Services / October 3, 2012

In our latest Jeans Day Initiative, the attorneys and support staff at Gabriele & Marano, LLP raised $320.00 for Madonna Heights in Dix Hills, New York. Madonna Heights is a not-for-profit agency that helps adolescent girls, women, and families overcome the devastating effects of poverty, neglect, and abuse. Madonna Heights provides a wide range of services to thousands of Long Islanders in an effort to promote personal growth and emotional healing. In addition to our monetary donation, G&M also provided boxes of coffee mugs to Madonna Heights. The monetary donation from Gabriele & Marano will go toward supporting the school at Madonna Heights; the shirts and mugs will be distributed to the girls, mothers, and families who reside on campus.

Our Jeans Day Initiative is a monthly event where our attorneys and staff are allowed to dress casually in exchange for a "fee". The firm matches the total donations received from the staff, and the sum is donated to a local employee-chosen charity.
